We bring to attention to the buyer at the time of ordering the right and obligation of the driver to refuse delivery in specified circumstances.

Telephone or internet sales payments will be made through a credit card or

debit card by persons over the age of 18 years only by phoning the shop.

All deliveries will be made to a bona fide address. Full address details,

including postcode, must be given when placing an online or telephone order for alcohol.

When placing an order through the internet, the customer will be required to

confirm that he/she is aged 18 years or over.

Alcohol that is dispatched from the premises will be sent by Royal Mail using their Age Verification service (Challenge 25 policy).

As a result, if there is any doubt as to age verification then the alcohol will not be delivered. In the absence of collection or successful redelivery (on request from the intended recipient) within 18 days the Age Verification item will be returned to the sender.

A delivery refusal record will be kept indicating the date and time of refusal the reason for the refusal,the name of the intended recipient and address
